What ready-made packaging do you sell?

As of October 2022, we are offering kraft stand-up pouches with window in various sizes and kraft corrugated mailer boxes in various sizes. We are in the process of curating more quality items to offer you in the future, so stay tuned!

Do you make customized stand-up pouches and corrugated mailer boxes?

No, we do not make customized both stand-up pouches and corrugated mailer boxes. We only sell the pouches as is.

I am ready to order. What’s the next step?

If you are ordering via our Facebook Messenger, we will be sending you an order form to which you will be stating the items you want to purchase. Once that is done, we will be providing you our Gcash number for you to make the payment.

If you are ordering via our official website, simply add your items to cart and follow the steps provided by the website to check out.

We will start processing your orders once we have received your payment.

What are your payment options?

Gcash is our only payment option for ready-made packaging.

What are your delivery options?

Our delivery options are as follows:

  • Logistics partner – Our logistics partner will choose the appropriate courier for your order.
  • Book your own courier.
  • Pick-up – You can opt to pick up your order at our office at the following address: Luminaire Compound 8333 Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Barangay San Antonio, Paranaque, Metro Manila 1715
Where do you deliver?

Thru our partner courier, we can deliver within Metro Manila, and areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The estimated delivery time for each area is as follows. Please take note that natural calamities, holidays and other factors beyond our control will delay the delivery time.

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business day
  • Luzon: 3-5 business day
  • Visayas and Mindanao: 10-14 business days
How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee will depend on the weight of the item as well as the location of the delivery. Kindly refer to the table below for your reference.

How do I track my order?

Shortly after your order is confirmed and we have received your payment, you will be receiving a text message containing the tracking number. You can use the tracking number on our logistic partner’s website to see the current status of your delivery.

Do you accept refunds for ready-made packaging?

Yes, we do, but under certain conditions. Kindly see our Return Policy located on the footer of the website for more information.

I received a defective order. What should I do?

If you found defects in your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible and describe to us the defective items in detail. We will only accept defective and damaged items to be replaced with items in good condition. Take note that any shipping incurred to return the item will be shouldered by you.

We only accept exchanging of the items within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

1) When returning, the items must be accompanied by theoriginal receipt.
2) The packaging of the items are in original and undamaged condition.
3) The items are unused.

The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:

1) Items damaged during shipping. We will send a picture of your order before shipping to show the condition of the items prior to shipping.

What is the difference between semi-customized packaging and fully customized packaging?

For semi-customized packaging, the size of the packaging is fixed. You can only customize its layout. On the other hand, fully customized packaging allows you to have creative freedom on both the size and the layout of the packaging, for as long as it is within our printer’s capabilities.

How much do your services cost?

The cost of our services would depend on the item
specifications provided to us. To get the cost of the items you want us to print, kindly fill out our “Request a Quotation” form in this link. Alternatively, you can also send us an email of your item specifications at info@cr8tiveboxeslabels.com.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized packaging?

Our minimum order quantity are as follows. Please take note that these quantities must be of the same design and size, meaning, for boxes, it has to be 500 pieces of the same design and size, and so on

  • Boxes – 500 pieces
  • Hangtags – 1,000 pieces
  • Non-adhesive labels – 1,000 pieces
  • Paper Bags – 100 pieces
  • Sleeves – 1,000 pieces
  • Stickers – 1,000 pieces
Do you provide layouting and graphic design services?

No, we do not provide these services. You will be the one to provide the layout of your product, and we will be the ones who will print it for you should you order from us.

Do you print sample proof before production?

Yes. Once the quotation has approved by you, we will be delivering a sample proof of the item to your registered address. We will only proceed with mass production after you have finally approved of the sample proof.

You are entitled up to 3 sample proofs only. The succeeding proofs will incur additional charges that will be shouldered by you.

I am ready to order. What is the next step?

When you are ready to order, the first step you need to do is sign the conforme document containing the items for you want us to produce.

The second step is to make 50% down payment to confirm your order. Kindly send the proof of deposit to us so we can proceed with printing of the sample proof.

What are your payment options?

Our payment options for customized packaging are online deposits, bank cheque deposits (via BDO), Gcash and cash payments.

What is your lead time?

Our lead time for small to medium orders is 7-14 working days after final approval of the sample proof. However, the lead time for larger orders would take longer than 7-14 working days.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we provide delivery for orders within Metro Manila. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, other delivery options will be used, such as Lalamove, JRS and LBC Express. Shipping expenses will be shouldered by the client.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up their orders for as long as it is within office hours. Our office hours is from Monday to Friday, 7:30AM-6:00PM.
I received a defective order. What should I do?
If you found defects in your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible and describe to us the defective items in detail. The process of replacing defective items would be subject to our approval and we reserve the right to approve or disapprove these requests at our discretion.
If the request for replace has been approved, we will replace your items, free of charge. However, if the errors were found and approved by you despite its presence, we cannot be held liable for them.
Do you print anything else besides customized packaging?
