Paper Type
C2S – Coated two sides, also known as C2S, refers to paper that’s coated on both sides. This coating makes the paper shine semi-glossy under lighting. It also enhances the paper’s surface for printing, resulting in high-quality graphics and text. C2S papers are available in a wide range of thicknesses to suit different needs (85-90 gsm, 100 gsm, 115 gsm, 130 gsm, 170 gsm, 190 gsm, 215 gsm, 260 gsm, and 280-290 gsm).
Claycoat – Claycoat is coated on the front side, resulting in a semi-glossy shine under lighting. The back side is light gray and exhibits a slightly rough texture. It also comes in a variety of thicknesses (280-290 gsm, 320-330 gsm, and 350 gsm).
Foldcote – Foldcote features a coated front side with a semi-glossy shine under lighting. The back side is white with no shine. Foldcote papers are available in different thicknesses (220-230 gsm, 280-290 gsm, 320-330 gsm, and 350 gsm).
Other Paper Type – We allow using paper types supplied by customers for their hang tags. Simply provide us with the type of paper you’d like to use and we’ll ensure to accommodate your needs.
Printing Type
4/0 CMYK – The 4/0 CMYK printing technique allows us to print designs on one side of the hang tag, whilst the other side remains unprinted. This four-color printing process (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) enables us to print in crisp and vibrant colors, ensuring visual appeal that leaves a lasting impression on your customers.
4/4 CMYK – The 4/4 CMYK printing technique allows us to print the CMYK color model on both sides of the paper. This double-sided printing enables us to create polished, high-quality hang tags that can capture everyone’s attention. By utilizing both sides of the tag, we can also provide more information about your product and brand, making your tags more informative and useful.
Lamination Type
No Lamination – Hang tags without lamination maintain the inherent texture and appearance of the paper, whether it be foldcote, claycoat, or carrier board. In the GIF, the hang tag took on the natural coated finish of claycoat paper.
Glossy Lamination – This results in a high-shine, glass-like appearance under lighting. This enhances the hang tag’s visual impact by accentuating vibrant designs and colors.
Matte Lamination – Although it has a dull finish under lighting, this type of lamination provides an understated elegance, offering a smooth, non-reflective surface for a sophisticated look and feel.
Matte with 3D Lamination – This introduces a tactile dimension to the hang tag. It combines a matte finish with laminated areas, allowing specific elements to stand out. In the GIF, the logo on the box has 3D lamination.
UV Lamination – This offers a high-shine finish under lighting. Unlike a glossy finish, the UV lamination film cannot be separated from the packaging when torn apart.
Spot UV Lamination – This type of finish adds UV lamination to select areas of the paper bag, while the remaining areas take on the natural shine of the chosen paper. In the GIF, all of the packaging has UV lamination with the exception of the small rectangle on the lower left area.
Additional Finish
Diecut – This uses a custom-shaped blade to cut precise shapes into the hang tag. This technique enables the creation of unique and visually appealing designs, such as shapes that reflect the product or brand logo. In the GIF, the hang tag has a diecut in the form of a large circle with tiny slits on the edges of the circle.
Drill Hole – This adds a small hole punched into the hang tag (often at the top center) to attach a string, ribbon, or metal chain. We typically create round or delta-shaped holes, but we can also accommodate shape requests.
Embossing – This adds tactile interest to your hang tags by raising selected areas of the hang tag, offering a sense of luxury. In the GIF, the box has flower embossing all over it.
Foil Stamp – Using metallic foil sheets, this finish adds high-gloss, metallic shine to your hang tags. These foil sheets are available in different colors to suit your branding. In the GIF, the logo has silver foil stamping.

How much is your customized packaging?
The cost depends on the size and quantity of the packaging product. Since raw material costs can fluctuate, quotations are only valid for 15 days. After this period, we recommend you request a new quotation from our team.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is 500 pieces for each packaging variant (e.g.: different layouts or sizes).
What payment options do you offer?
Payment options include COD, fund transfer (via BDO) and GCash. For first-time clients, a 50% down payment is required to process the order. The remaining balance shall be settled upon delivery via COD.
What is the lead time for custom packaging orders?
You can expect to receive a quotation within 1-2 working days. For small to medium-sized orders, production takes about 7-14 working days after sample approval. Larger orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What delivery options are available?
We provide delivery services within Metro Manila to the client’s specified address. Alternatively, clients can also opt for other delivery options via Lalamove, JRS, or LBC Express, with shipping costs covered by the client.
Clients outside Metro Manila can also book delivery services through these couriers. Clients can also choose to pick up their orders from our office from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays.
